-Due to the custom nature of the products created with your photographs, we do not offer refunds. Replacement will be made if product is defective or printing error was made by W&W.
-With the exception of A La Carte Digital images, W&W only retouches images selected for print in albums or for gift prints or wall portraits. If a USB drive of digitals is added to an album collection, all images from the proof book are included, however, only album and print selections receive retouching.
-Images included in the Image Box receive no retouching and will appear as they do in your proof catalog.
-Order information including image numbers and text changes must be complete before W&W proceeds to the design stage. If necessary, we will call the number listed to clarify info given on the form.
-W&W will copy and paste info such as names from your order form onto the design. It is imperative that spelling and capitalization is correct when entered on the form.
-Color fidelity varies based on the digital display used to view your proof. For this reason, we can not guarantee the printed version of your printed products will exactly match the color you saw on your display. Any color correction or enhancement made to the photographs by W&W is deemed correct.
-We try to accommodate retouching requests. Standard retouching encompasses addressing stray hairs, skin blemishes, shine on skin, removing or diminishing distracting background elements such as exit signs. Requests for complex retouching that falls outside the scope of standars retouching will receive a cost quote before we proceed with your order.
-Payment in full must be received before W&W can move forward with your order.
