We love the chance to see new places before the general public.  The folks at Dewitt Carolinas have built a gorgeous new building.  It's the first in the area that will be called the Exchange in Raleigh. The location is close to the North Hills area.

The interior of the building is just as modern as the exterior. There are several floors for offices and a beautiful plaza at ground level that serves as home to at least one new restaurant.

We're excited to see hoe the Exchange grows over the next few years.
