We made our way back to the Umstead Hotel for this early fall wedding. The flower arrangements by Kelly Odom were absolutely stunning and the band had the party people going into the wee hours of the morning.
My favorite part of the day was at the beginning of the ceremony when the priest announced: "This will be a modern, abbreviated ceremony, so it will only last three to four hours."Read More
Working with these two was a dream. They truly enjoyed each part of their day and seemed to just know how to slow down and take it all in. Those tend to be the days when the most magical photo opportunities present themselves and when they do, I'm right there to seize it.
While we're on the subject of magic, I should address the sunset image. It's real. We snuck out of the reception onto the golf course at just the right time.
